Resolutions, pt. 2

After yesterday's post about YOUR resolutions, I started thinking about whether I should make one for work. At home, I decided not to make any resolutions, but instead I set 11 goals (because it is 2011 - clever!). So maybe I should do this for the library? Any thoughts on what my goals should be? I know that one will be to read more! Only 10 more to go. Help me out!
